A ref sheet of my D&D character Quay, as done by the very talented

Quay came from a family of simple means.
As such, luxuries were in short supply, but not unobtainable if you were willing to work and had the self control to save your coin.
Fortunately, one of the benefits of being in a traveling caravan filled with craftsman and performers, is there was no shortage of people to teach her the skills to both make herself useful, and be able to make what she wanted instead of having to pay someone else to make it for her.
Nevertheless, once she made up her mind to go, she used the store of coin she had been saving to purchase a very fine burgundy tunic with gold embroidery (because a hero should look the part).
She then threw on her belt, haversack, and the long hooded cloak she made herself (complete with hidden pockets for her alchemical supplies).
Fully attired, she needed only her rapier and her jezail (which she also made herself) to be ready to adventure!

When I was just starting to put Quay together as a character, I asked the DM if I would need to speak in the "proper" Kenku form, and was relieved when he told me that I didn't have to and could just speak normally.
I do make up for it by having her constantly trying to break out into song. XD
