I was scratching my head with what to do for this one for a while.

I imagine my Call Of Cthulhu themed adoptables existing in 1920s-30s USA, particularly the Rhode Island/New England Region with some aspects of Chicago, New York and Los Angeles thrown in. At the time, the country was pretty isolationist and seemed to keep to itself, so I didn't know how I would do an ambassador.

Then I got to thinking that in a lovecraftian/cosmic horror based universe populated by anthros, Antarctica would probably be a legit country. So here is the Ambassador from Antarctica, who is an albino penguin. If you get the reference, you win a thousand internetz.
