Made at http://www.acme.com/licensemaker/ (I added "Hawkeye" county to it since there is no Hawkeye County and Iowa license plates are supposed to have the county on the bottom)

Well Iowa is "The Hawkeye State," plus since that county doesn't exist, it makes it more neutral

I would've put "Des Moines," but I live in Des Moines county and it's nowhere near Des Moines (which is why the next time I get a car, I want the plate to say "NOTFROM")

that would be funny right there, i had a car, an old Ford LTD that looked exactly like the car off of Men in Black and always thought it would be cool to get a plate sayin MENINBLK just for the hell of it

This one was made from a plate generator, if I get a vanity plate, it will say "BASSMAN" or "NOTFROM" since I live in Des Moines County, not Des Moines, IA and it would show "Des Moines" on the bottom because of that
