It's the first thing that crossed my mind when I saw the picture. xDD
Anyway, let's get serious now. *Clears his throat and puts on a tie, just to look more serious.* Since is fanart, I won't comment about how the features really are and such (Aye, I used to be a huge fan of Crash Bandicoot games >w<). Ye applied yer own style, and it looks quite good too.
Since it's cartoonish, I don't have anything to critique about xD That kind o' art defy all proportions as long as it looks good and ye did a good job at that so far. =P
