Just a doodle I made last night. Took me the better part of an hour or so of adjustment and re-dos to get it right, and it still looks kind of askew, but I'd rather start over than tweak it any more, so here it is.

This one turned out nicely. I like the general size you've given her as it has a nice puffed feel, but even holds almost a natural body look as well. The width of her hips is nicely portioned and you did well with making them match and merge properly with the thighs and also keeping them properly puffed too. The belly is also nice and round and I like the way you drew the belly button on her :) Also it's cool to see her turning at an angle in this image, but the belly feels a bit...too turned to her side compared to her upper body's position.
Nice choice as well for the hand positions as they pump. The way you have them angled and even holding the pump looks and feels comfortable. Also, it is realistically better to pump that way so it's nice to see that kind of detailing included in the image. I like how you have her clothes riding up her growing sides and also that look of surprise despite it her pumping herself up. Plus it also works nicely to her natural cuteness as well :) Also like the coloring too, feels deep yet fitting.
Nice work on this one :)

Yeah at this point starting over would have been easier and less troubling than adjusting the belly. I think with regards to the arm and shoulder it might be because the forearm (the part between the shoulder and elbow in case I got my terms wrong :P) looks a bit short. Maybe if it was longer the arm and shoulder would look better.
But yes,t here's always next time and chances to grow in skills :)
