Fetishy part: Hachts has a diaper fetish, though not a particularly sexually-focused one. He just thinks they're cute and enjoys the convenience and comfort they provide. He wears them often at home to destress, and he frequents a club where pokemon can act like level 1 babs without judgement (this is how he knows Tommy). Generally he's much calmer when diapered, though he does get a tad flustered when using them, he does realize that's what they're for.
