Wonder how you feel about Revelation back in the 80's

One of my faves. Love the body horror and the mental transformation. Canonical dalek TFs will always hold a special place in my heart.

Honestly it amazes me how little Dalek TF there is in even the EU.
Like, they think themselves superior to all, surely it's not outside the realms of their mindset to just turn people into themselves?

Honestly they might not see them as "pure" enough if they weren't born as daleks, even if they managed to make them genetically indistinguishable. But they seem pretty indecisive on that. It seems to be something they do only when they really need to, which makes me think they might have a really hard time repopulating themselves and it might just be an efficient alternative to whatever they normally do to create more daleks.

Makes sense, it's likely the other thing they'd see other races as, besides vermin, is a resource. Someone once said "if they don't kill you, they get what they want out of you THEN kill you" so I figure other life is a good resource.
They've used slave labor so often I think Pertwee even said it's standard practice to thrash a planet and then enslave the "lucky" survivors.
