Nadia La Arwall was cryogenically frozen by Captain Nemo's crew after the end of episode #39 Heirs of a Planet to the 21st century to discover where the technological progress of humanity will be, she was awakened in 2010 and given books and a laptop by Captain Nemo's descendant to help her adapt to modern technology, pretending to be the descendant of her ancestor to avoid being committed to a psychiatric ward.
Also helped by the descendant of Jean Roque Lartigue, she became a tennis champion and managed to reach the top 10 of the world ranking around 2018.
Unfortunately, she lost the final of the Wimbledon grand slam tournament in the United Kingdom by a score of 7-6, 6-7, 7-8 and 5-6 to Gloria, the descendant of Argon, whose hatred for the founder of Neo-Atlantis had been passed down through the generations to her enemies and she decided to taunt her by tying/gagging her on the lawn after the stadium was emptied of the public and the employees.
