This is one quick painting I did the other day. And when I say quick I mean no more than an hour, which for me is like lightspeed :D
I've been just strolling around these days, watching the incredible beauty of this season, the trees turning gold, the sunlight in which their leaves shine.... all of that. And something deep inside of me yearns to paint it all. Unfortunately I either don't find the time, or the inspiration, or both.... and all I got in the end was to quickly draw some yellowy maple leaf, just to see whether I can. I like it. But I wished to do something more....

Nevertheless, my mom said she thought it was a photo, again.... guess she didn't look too closely :D
Hope it gives you some sunny feeling. And autumny, too.
