I just watched episode 2 of season 2. I liked the scene with Loona and Octavia. I drew this fanart with a cozy evening atmosphere.

She probably grew up in and out of that place actually. She might’ve been a problem child growing up and any foster who picked her up eventually dumped her back because she’s a lot to handle. Plus hellhounds are typically treated as property rather than citizens so Loona might’ve grown up knowing nothing of real love.
