Been working on this character for a while now and now I finally get to reveal her before Christmas.

Kushi was once a Breloom who spent all of her young life being trained to become one of the greatest fighting pokemon in her homeland of Forina. She had just won her first championship when a jealous rival struck her in the back of her neck with a DynamicPunch and she died instantly.

She returned a week later as a Rotom, taking the form of one of the fans that cooled her off after hours of training. Kushi still wanted to be a great fighter, but as a ghost, she could no longer perform her fighting type attacks, not even her beloved Sky Uppercut.

Kushi transfer to the prestigious Poke-Combat Academy to learn how to fight in her new body, though her mother hopes that her daughter will be able to live a life a teenager should enjoy this time around.
