This is a chibi sketch of Seiko, from Beyond the Looking Glass, wearing the hakama seen in a later chapter. The hakama is supposed to be blue with dark navy butterflies, but since the butterflies are supposed to be in the old Japanese pattern you see on kimonos, I didn't quite have the skill to draw them. And yes, he is wearing nothing else but the hakama, including underwear.
