It is of a delightful gent, Kay-Starr, in his secret form that he covers with human skin that he personally removed and carefully preserved! Definitely!
It's fun to believe such a hideous story, but he's actually extremely frail, just as his base species [giant leopard moth] would indicate.
He didn't remove -or- prepare the skin himself, he paid someone to do it.
