No unfortunately it isn't like that. It's an old German name and the has an unemphasized e at the end which is close to the simple English article "a" like in "a tree". The i at the begining is stressed so it's longer and sharper than the i in "is" and closer to ee like in "meet". The o is short and unemphasized unlike in "old". It is close to the o in "odd".

FA is in semi-read only mode because of the hacking, so I couldn't write in your shoutbox. Last night I dreamt vaguely about Red lantern. You get me really with this one. After Cruelty I thought this one couldn't keep up, even less with much more time between pages. But... dunno how you do it, but pls, keep doing it, kudos.

I wonder why so many people assume that furry artists are male xD Maybe you know why?
From my experience I've learned: When it's traditional or very unique and looks great it was made
by a woman in 98% of the cases. If it's blunt cheap pornz it's usually by a man haha.
Blotch for example is another one who is often mistaken as a man. Kacey and Dark Natasha
prevent that phenomenom with their names though.

I guess I view my expression as more mischievous than "I r teh ebil!!!" If we're going off of solely appearance, then wouldn't Raccoons and many ferrets always be shameless thieves? It just gets old seeing them have a bad rap all the time in comics. Dominating doesn't have to mean annoying bitch that people want dead (see post down below). They're even more socially oriented than wolves and the spotted hyena alpha does not lead the pack by size or aggression the way wolves do but by forming ally networks.... This "Animal Planet" break brought to you by the color Blue and the letters H and Y.
Hyenas are also bullying predators, whose primary method of hunting is chasing other predators off of kills. They're also very aggressive amongst one another (although I'll admit, a lot of predatory 'social' animals are) and have been known to kill their own young.
But then. . . the same can be said for rabbits. And everyone thinks they're adorable, so. . . *shrug*
The Hyena clans in this comic are no more 'evil' than any of the other four nations, but the Hyenas *are* the ruling force in Mataa, which is where the comic takes place. If it comforts you any, Manjusha is actually not what I'd call a 'villain'. She's just a businesswoman. And there are PLENTY of villainous characters who are NOT Hyenas.
But then. . . the same can be said for rabbits. And everyone thinks they're adorable, so. . . *shrug*
