I think it turned out fun in your concept. He became slightly tubbier like the added substance merging with him made him tubbier like some lil fun Leatherkeg of a Dile, or perhaps a bit Gator as well. I feel amusingly reminded of both Drybones and Other skull mask fellas. It's definitely cute but ghostly in a way. The little claws are interesting of a change and definitely give Shiny that toony Reptile feel also.
Shiny looks like a friendly-tabby fellow here. Still rather jolly and excitable and the mask just accentuates his curious eye expression. And it's sweet of you to give him his neckerchief again. It adds a jolly bit of color to the design.

Liking it lots and am still sure, he'd have fun hanhing out with your OC, not assuming any ill outcomes and being optimistic, Kilo. ^_^

Glad you think so. Shiny as a Changed character is definitely the type to help and support whoever needs some friendly assistance and thanks to him not being in any real danger of getting absorbed or transfurred, he'd likely make for some source of positivity.

Ah, I feel it could have been even longer, really. Like how looking at the font you used, I felt reminded of how certain Disney Reptiles could have been an inspiration for example. You definitely captured Shiny's smaller stature invluding his little tail also very well.
It's cute and I am simply happy to put the same effort into my art feedback as into you into the drawong so we both can share the joy equally. By any means, never hold back on writing me and sharing your ideas if you like a listener, Kilo.
