Well, one of the weird ideas I mentioned in another comment was giving everybody in Horny Jail a nice orange chastity cage that matches their jumpsuit. Cruel and unusual? Probably. But it is Horny Jail so the point is to contain the horny.
I suppose we could just go with the showers all being cold too, that might work, and be far less kinky...

I did consider drawing him not in the typical prison jumpsuit, but simply in prison orange undies, maybe with the word INMATE written across the butt... but that's not much different from his usual undies.
He's probably got undies just like that under that jumpsuit though, just in case he decides to prance around in his underwear like he's known to do.
As for "horny jail", maybe his outfit can include a prison orange chastity cage thing too.
