Amaranthe Johnson has often been regarded as a colossal asshole by most people's standards. He's brash, bigoted, racist, sexist, and overall can be very opinionated and crude to the point that makes you wonder who would even dare associate with him. However under all of that bitterness is a man that was forced to grow up long before his time. Living with his younger "sister" and parents, Amar always had to be the man of the house. Even as a child he was doing the work designed for someone far past his age. His younger sister, Marceline, is perhaps one of the only few people that have deep love for Amar and understand his damages. Stealing, assault, multiple run-ins with the law, possession, you name it. There isn't a cop around that doesn't know his name.

Even still, with his back against the wall, Amar will do what he has to do. Even if he has to do it alone.

Thankfully he isn't always alone, there are some people besides family that have the patience to deal with him. One of which is his childhood friend.
