This was a simple sketch I made around the time I met my old collaborator

Daphne Dinmont is a most unlikely strongwoman. "Mighty" Murray Moonstone was introduced to her by a friend in the recent past. Murray didn't quite credit the story that a Dandie Dinmont terrier, delicate in features and half as tall as he was, could have strength enough to be part of his strongman show. But Daphne was just as his friend described, so a little additional strength and conditioning training by Murray and his buddies added just enough power and polish to her muscles to be part of the show.
Daphne's delightful sense of humour and her peculiar combination of thick muscles and short stature led to Murray putting her on stage as a comedy act, to amuse the audience in between the more dramatic acts. Daphne plays it to the hilt and she loves to show of her strength while capering in a silly costume. It's a happy arrangement all round.
More of Daphne in the future. I welcome suggestions for how to draw her too.
