Saw this 'yote in a big open field, formerly an industrial site, in Cicero, IL, just over 6 miles from downtown Chicago. He watched me as I walked around- there were two others as well.

Yotie! I've seen one here in Indiana over a year go. Roommate and I were heading out for Chinese and we watched one run infront of us crossing the road.

Yeah, it's amazing how they can get around. I saw one in La Grange (IL) awhile ago crossing right in front of a moving train!

It's hard to tell with these guys... I think they're pure 'yote though. I've seen them all over the place around here, so they seem to be doing quite well for themselves

They might be pure line where you are but in my part of BC they are mixing with dogs which is damned dangerous. And people thought half dog half wolf was bad news.
