An old character of mine, Pia. Sketched her in this new anthro form a few times, but finally got one that I liked enough to fully do. She's a bounty hunter who claims her targets either with a tempestuous swing of her scythe or a deluge of throwing daggers. Her tattoos on her shoulders store magic that allow her to form black feathered wings. She marks her targets with a black card, giving them a chance to say their goodbyes before they see the Black Angel of Death~
