Tori released her first album in Japan at 14, and her first four albums were basically j-pop, but she preferred to use fluent English verses between fully Japanese ones rather than mixing words. Her 5th was more in the vein of 1970s American rock, and she's since stuck to something similar to the early Boston sound. Her official age is "forever 18." Her wings are natural; her limited shapeshifting allows her to hide them (the few people with wings in this setting can do so) and she's bioluminescent at will. Her fur colors are permanent dye, as seen at right. Tori plays guitar, bass, drums and keyboards, and many of her music videos use composition so that she appears to be playing all the parts simultaneously.
