It's from a Roleplaying Game by Whitewolf, Werewolf. It was also a collectible card game, Rage the Apocalypse, from the 90s-2000. There were a couple editions. Werewolf had thirteen werewolf clans protecting Gaia from Vampires and Human corporations, one of the clans were feminist/female centric, the Black Spiral Dancers and some of them were Roman Catholic Werewolf Nuns.

It was a bizarre sourcebook, and sadly not well know, because as JollyJack shows, Werewolf Nuns are awesome! You have to wonder if they chew the ruler before they wack your knuckles with it.
