Created this 3 years ago when I was in school and was REALLY busy.
"I have been really busy with school and life and haven't had any time to really draw Waffles at all so I have been neglecting to draw him. So thinking this I thought it would be slightly humorous to draw him neglected. Poor Waffles :( He needs some food quick lolz.
