Lil continuation from when Sunflower had to learn about this funky lil thing called consequences for your actions, in the Old Western AU.
Breaking a little robot child's heart is something hard to repair, but a good heart to heart was a good start. Although it forced Sunflower to face the fact he runs away whenever getting too comfortable around people because he's afraid of loss. Having to face the consequences of hurting others the way he did the little berry, unlocked some repressed memories that he had no clue how to cope with. Luckily little Plums knows how to comfort too, as the two helped each other.
Sunflower ain't walking out on that kid ever again, that's for sure. He has a son now, ya don't run out on that just like that (more than once).
