My favourite part is the iridescence the serpent has, topped wi that shiny scale pattern. I also like your differen take on the ventral scales; instead of drawing the segments themselves, you draw the scales then form segments out of the negative space between them.

thank you, i wanted to make sure the iridescence came across well!! and thanks, honestly i draw them that way as a shorthand in these quick sketchy scenes, but it is a good look! sorry for the late reply aaa
