Yap, too much flesh, not enough greens and fiber, he heading into constipation town.
It's why people tend to feel lighter when going vegan/vegetarian, it's the sudden shift to high fiber diet, I haven't had constipation or issues emptying my bowels since I went vegetarian over 18 years ago

Its not hard, there's lot of delicious vegetarian and vegan food, especially stuff that doesn't try to imitate meat, or replace it, why I find it so dumb when shops in the UK sell "vegan falafel balls", they always vegan, it's deep fried hummus (basically mushed chickpeas) balls, how you make it non vegan is the scary part
