Biography: Tryphosa is one of the many 1/2 mermaids born to Junichiro & Palutena, being the twin sister to the Demon Hunter Tatiana. As she was born a minute after Tatiana was, she is the younger twin. At first, when she was growing up, she wanted to be a traveler just like her father, yet whereas Tatiana started out as a priestess, Tryphosa went the physical route, taking up martial arts to fight her enemies. Studying different arts, Tryphosa became a force to be reckoned with within a short amount of time. While in the Dragon Quest universe, Tryphosa bore witness to her twin sister losing her eye to a witch's fire spell, which resulted in said witch being put down moments later. Since Tatiana's eye was beyond saving, it was by Tryphosa's suggestion that she have a robotic eye so that her sister can see through both eyes. Though at first she questioned why Tatiana chose to be a Demon Hunter instead of continuing as a priestess, she nonetheless accepted her sister's decision as it meant that both of them can now fight on much more equal ground more, and thus Tryphosa is open to lending her services when needed. Tryphosa proves to be just as affectionate & sisterly as Tatiana is, but she is also known to be a rather big tease with her friends. Being an honorable fighter, she appreciates a fair fight. Yet, like Tatiana, she is also an absolute mudlark as she will throw herself into a pit of quicksand the moment she hears one. And being the type who fights fairly, she does not tolerate cheaters. Delivers the fastest palm strikes.

Abilities: Being 1/2 mermaid, Tryphosa is capable of taking on her mermaid form at any point she enters the water. In direct contrast to Tatiana, Tryphosa emphasizes offense & defense more than magic. Her speed is just as high as Tatiana's, but Tryphosa has better strength than she does. As a trade off however, her magic power is so low, she can't even learn how to use healing spells at all. Yet what she lacks in magical talent, she makes up for in superior martial arts skills having studied Monkey, Tiger, Mantis, Turtle, Viper, and even Crane to name a few. As a preference in weapons, she usually uses fist weapons & staves, but is skilled enough to use swords & spears to the point she'll benefit from having these equipped to her. Like Tatiana, Tryphosa is extremely aware of how sexually attractive she is & like her sister, is not shy about using it to her advantage. And like Tatiana, along with a certain mage & another martial artist, she will always win the battle of the bulge if another monster tries to woo her with the puff puff ability. Gilded Claws: Tryphosa's personal weapons that grow stronger alongside her. A pair of gold infused claws attached to knuckle gloves. They're sharp enough to cut through armor & still slice veggies. Strength +7. Cannot be sold.

Bo Staff: A tough wooden staff that serves as a good defensive, and offensive weapon. Strength & Resiliance +6.

Mantis Gi: An emerald green gi sewn together by Tryphosa's mother Palutena. It is light & extremely durable to boot. Speed +5, Resiliance +7

Crane Headband: A headband baring the symbol of the Crane. It makes for a good coolant. Luck +8

Slime Earrings: Cute little earrings Tryphosa cannot part with. They can be forged to provide better boosts. Resiliance +2, Charm +4

Tiger Palm: A swift palm strike that hits 5 times dealing 15% physical damage each hit.

Breaking Swipe: A fast but powerful kick that pierces the defense of all enemies. This basically deals full damage to all foes as a result unlike boomerangs & whips.

Puff Puff: Attempts to... Distract the enemy. Doesn't work on female opponents.

Hip Drop: A butt first attack that deals 130% physical damage to a single target.

Sexy Beam: Channels sex appeal to fire off a pink ray that can sometimes confuse opponents. At first it only does 60-70 damage, but it eventually caps at 300-400 damage.
