I frown at hearing that, though it does also bring to mind just what all these rocket people actually know about my condition and how to get around it if they recognize me. If I somehow am able to get through this in a condition to do so I may be tempted to see if any of them could be forced to give me some answers, assuming they could at any rate. They might be informed enough to be aware I’m here, but not given any particular details in case of capture. I know he hasn’t found any information about Her and this condition, though he seems more content to just keep on living and hope I keep to our arrangement and not lose him his body.

Maria finally catches up to me, breathing a bit heavily but well enough considering. The other two Rocket members throw out two more balls and another pair of pokemon come out and stare at us, sizing us up.

“So what’s the plan?” Maria asks.

“Well, I imagine they’re not stupid, so they’re going to throw their best pokemon for the fight first to try and overwhelm us. I imagine their weakest options are going to be near the end. So I guess just standard take out the biggest threats first and go from there. But I doubt that they’ve had any practice working as a unit, so we’ll have to make use of that.”
