Tails Needs You To Stop Staring

Other than that, fun random doodle in between. I actually keep misremembering so much stuff these days, always
thought Tails had a lot more chestfloof, but it's just a few tufts of hair. So I gave him some more. If he's not happy
with it, that's ok. I am ouo.

When Karee makes Tails art she will draw them fairly healthy with a very slight amount of muscle mass.
Maybe even them being a gender swapped female Tails too.
Definitely bipedal vulpine anatomy like paws, beans, digitigrade legs, anatomically correct genitalia, and so on.
They'd be eating a healthy amount of food akin to a natural vulpine diet or having a great workout tinkering with very paws on mechanical work.
Whilst also maintaining a great level of hygiene where they're very clean and wonderfully well groomed, easily being able to clean all parts of their small agile slender vulpine body.
Maybe even them being a gender swapped female Tails too.

Like I said in the last thing, I like seeing the different spins on him. There definitely is no technically wrong way to draw him. But it isn’t only his early sega days where he’s chubby, read the comics watch the shows and play the games, his body is always rounder than Sonic’s including Sonic x which has plenty of fox tummy on display, and movie tails is also round.

Karee doesn't perceive Tails that way at all and neither does her art friend who's very into the comics.
It's easy for one to perceive Tails being bigger strictly because he's a fox, foxes are typically bigger than the species of his friends, he's younger than sonic and pretty much everyone else in his main friend group yet despite that he's easily the same size as them and sometimes taller/bigger than them, especially in the newer stuff, foxes are also predators which may affect his overall mass/size/height too.
One could see Tails being 'rounder' because he's fluffier, foxes in general tend to be much fluffier compared to the other species in his friend group, so it could just as easily be that or a mix of that and the above or one could see it simply as a character design choice that doesn't actually represent anything at all and it's just how they're shaped.
All of the above and more could easily be outside or inside the chubby/pudgy form of 'bigger', but alas, that's just a few of many possible perceptions of the character which exist.
What is and isn't canon doesn't matter here regardless cause we're not making official content, she won't argue with that and has already described how she perceives it, and as stated before, we're making fan fiction, fan art, fetish content, ect, so the only thing that matters is how artists perceive the character when making art of them, Zerda isn't right nor wrong, Karee isn't right nor wrong, there's no 'more right' nor 'more wrong' way to perceive a character, there's no argument to be had there either.

Word walls in the third person while literally body shaming and gatekeeping the chubby adorable fluffbuttcopter are arguably worse. Your fantasy is a rail thin emaciated unhealthy tails? Please, don’t make me laugh. He has always been adorably chubby. There’s nothing wrong with accepting that, and you still continue to ignore that second thing I said about art and enjoying seeing spins on characters. But when you shove ideologies down my throat in word walls arguing against something with concrete evidence just because you’re fatphobic (which is really offensive as a plus size person mind you), you kinda ruin your spin on the character, along with all the hoops you jump through to justify your actions in this argument when you blatantly started with how you’re gonna make him skinny which only bodyshamers would go out of their way to emphasize. That and your hygiene remark as if you think chubby means slob.
Not to mention missing the point of my original comment. It’s to expand horizons and draw things you don’t normally draw to get the knowledge and practice with different things so it adds to your toolkit. I tell fat artists to try smaller sizes or different distributions sometimes too. It’s a worthwhile exercise

All she did was explain how she interprets the character (Tails) and how she'd draw them, you proceeded to screech multiple times about some imaginary fat phobia that she doesn't have and created a conspiracy theory map connecting nonexistent dots.
She's not the one saying "hefty folk have poor hygiene" here, but rather you by the grace of hyper-omega wtf and entirely zero context somehow bridged what she said about "great hygiene" to be some kind of derogatory insult towards the cleanliness of hefty folk.
The reality is that she specifically made mention of "great hygiene" because, put simply, musk/stink art exists, she'd never draw stink/musky stuffs cause she's not into that kind of thing personally, however she does absolutely adore the opposite, clean fruity flowery scented beany fox paws on her face and beaked muzzle all day, sounds like bliss, hell yea~<3
When she says "eating a healthy amount" or "natural vulpine diet", she's only speaking from factual side of things, all species have their own kind of natural diet they commonly eat, they all have differing minimum amounts of food they need to consume in order to stay within what's considered "healthy and fit" for their species at the very least, and that just happens to be Karee's preference.
There is no universe where "healthy and fit" and "small agile slender" means emaciated/starving/unhealthily super thin. Where did those thoughts even come from mate? Certainly not from Karee's mind, that's for sure.
But anyways, it's mostly just Karee listing personal artistic/illustrated preferences that'd most likely show up in her art stuffs, if she'd ever get around to making/finishing any of her art that is, there's no weird angled phobic jabs intended here whatso ever, same goes for pretty much everything else she said in that initial comment.

She gave you exact word for word quotes YOU said to her and the OP in question, there was no missing of the original point, how you went about the interactions and and what was spoken is entirely inappropriate, and the fact that you expected the OP to make the art edit, evident by "Ever make the edit?", is shameful.
Telling folk what to do, let alone giving advice/suggestions when it's not directly asked for, isn't okay, many artists strongly dislike that kind of interaction and most just hide those feelings behind a guise of friendliness or just outright ignore it, blocks communications, and moves on, there's a time and place for that kind of thing, it's not something a random person in the comments section of an art post can artificially create/force to happen.
Karee would never say to anyone else the things you said to her and OP, nor will she ever try to pressure someone into working on/creating art they could potentially be uncomfortable with let alone seemingly try to manipulate anyone into creating free art for her, all that does is hurt artists and often causes them to not like something instead because they weren't allowed to explore that content/fetish/whatever organically by themselves.
No amount of alleged/implied good intentions will ever make any of these things okay/acceptable to inflict on others, there is no ends justify the means, there is no argument to be had here.
And relating to the character being discussed, you are straight up the only one here assigning a certain body type to a character (Tails) in a way that props it up on a pedestal like it's hard locked fact rather than just another personally interpreted opinion, the exact quotes and how you speak of it with absolutely zero concession is proof of that.
You keep calling what other artists make "spins", yet never referencing your own as such and seem to be avoiding doing so, no one has authority over the who/what of Tails, neither is the entity which owns Tails nor are you, the interpretation you have of Tails is one of many spins, even official/canon art of Tails is also just another spin on Tails too, and Karee's potential versions of the character are no different, there's simply no version of Tails that isn't a spin, same goes for any other character that exists out there, and that's artistic fact.

If ya need/want someone to chill and socialize with or whatever, Karee exists often in discord or similar, mostly extending her paw in good faith, but if no friendly good faith vibes are reciprocated, she simply doesn't care and is plenty satisfied with this relatively brief and small conversation.
(Btw, the intent of the initial reply was not only to share her own personal preferences/fetishes but also to harmlessly mess with you Joker style by putting detailed descriptive images of Tails depicted in her enjoyed ways into your mind, but seems to have worked too well and caused a fair bit of unintentional psychic damage, she was not at all expecting such a strong lingering hyper ballistic reaction. It would seem poor communication kills here. The intent of the joker style messing with didn’t come through well and I’m sorry for failing to pick up on that. I feel like my brain immediately jumped to that conclusion because tails is so commonly thinwashed when it’s such an unnecessary thing to change about an adorably chubby character
Cute drawing i must say and i must say that the attitude of Tails here is normal to see that he is still a kid and that due to that, well... feels so much shyness with respect to their own body, thing that is going to be disappearing with the passage of the time and more when in their adult look he not only can show with more confidence their chestfloof, also can show more their own body and with that, see that all these years of being a good companion and partner for Sonic the Hedgehog they has been worth for develop a more determinated and secure personality about himself and their friendships, well... good drawing and let's wait see more drawings of this guy that has their tender side and must use him for can win the heart and respect of all the world, even of their haters
