The hint in the title here is that his name is after a FEMALE! I just saw this after seeing a book at some point-There is an actual Zarafa that made it to France as a gift to King Charles from ruler of Egypt, Muhammad Ali Pasha. There is a book on her: https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-lb8hkuX7.....59.01%2Bpm.png and so therefore, we see why this purple giraffe was named after her despite male! No need to be in question, but we see how much he likes that RL giraffe that lived most of its life in France. Bayfurs, but will he ever hop on Air France ( https://www.airfrance.com ) to see a preserved Zarafa and story at the west coastal city of La Rochelle? It would be good to see, esp., when there is a con held in France- Furry Backlight in Paris!: https://fblacklight.org/ Il fait bon qu'il va-c'est le plus grand de France!
