I'll look into it, but if you're having trouble with it not saving, the = key should force it to save Simulator Preferences. If you're saying the Hand Movements (Q/E etc.) aren't working right, I'm not sure what would be causing that, as I've been able to use them on two different laptops and a Steam Deck. I can look into adding a Mouselook rotation cap so you can't look backwards too far.
