Anytime there's Halloween, I decide to draw Feralina in a Halloween themed outfit, still yet dealing with art block and a scrambled mind, but had a hard time on picking on Halloween costume Ideas and this is what I have in mind, dressing Feralina in a girly version of Pennywise.

Outfit Description
His Halloween Costume ressembles that of Pennywise from the horror film "IT" and "IT Chapter 2". His face is painted in grayish white face paint with red streaks on both sides starting from the eyes ending to cheeks. His attire consists of a bright yellow frilly tulle collar on his neck, a grayish white tube top dress with 3 red puffy balls on them, the dress is adorned with red hemline trims on the skirt, matching sleeves with pumpkin shaped placements on the shoulders, grayish white laced thigh high stockings, and white calf length high heeled boots with black heeled soles and toe caps and red triangular zigzag patterns on the top with a gray zipper.
