Heh so much thanks to
gameboysage for getting this done before Halloween, but here we have the headless city itself, La Ciudad Dulla, or in English, Dullahan City.
Formerly (and still traditionally called) the city and commune of Monte Patria in Central Chile, in the 1960s the city council and residents, a few of which being particularly powerful mages, voted to tap the city’s small magic wellspring to form a “field” similar to that surrounding the Halfcut Islands, in an effort to be as much of tourist draw. Everyone in town had their head absorbed into their bodies, being left with the smooth shoulders seen here, while being given full telepathic abilities. Sight and hearing were replaced and supplemented, with the loss of taste and smell being a worthwhile side effect. Not long after, Hollywood, the BBC, and a few other film studios got wind of the town’s magic and allure, particularly for darker stories, and quickly set up shop in town, with the lack of heads making it easy to film headless or zombie scenes. It’s name was actually changed to reflect a popular movie filmed there, The Day of the Dullahan, becoming La Ciudad Dulla.
From 1973 - 1990 however, the city went on a sort of hard lockdown, as the Pinochet Era held its grip on Chile. Not willing to give up their new way of life entirely, and with a whole generation having already been born headless, the town changed the nature of the fields, opting to create the illusion of destruction and abandonment.
With the fall of the regime in 1990, the town reopened to the world, again being the location of a popular movie.
Here we have GB’s character Kelly, normally in the form of ShellyKelly, enjoying the freedom given by the town’s unique magic, with the normally blind and deaf body relying on her psychic connection to her head sister Shelly. As well as Lydia as her guide. And yes, head puns are flying!

No problem. XD
I can't help wondering if La Ciudad Dulla has any specialties when it comes to cooking. I have a Zebra named Rick who in my head cannon travels the worlds from time to time trying to learn how to cook new foods. Well new to him at least. He also isn't a stranger to ending up with various things happening to his body. Having ended up falling to pieces at least once, due to a potion he drank, and having swapped his lower half with a horse guy for a bit once.
