The children really are the guests of honor in all of this.
13 children from ages 9 do 12, spend 3 days on His pocket dimension of Halloween tricks and treats.
Some are chosen to come back another year, some are not.
Sometimes it's just a matter of the age, sometimes they don't play nice with the others.
They are all given a magical artifact when they arrive, and so are transformed into something different.
A impish visage to go with their fun-loving nature.
And a measure of supernatural powers to freely explore all the nooks and cranies of the castle with no danger or harm.
Seens like the newcomer still hasn't got the hang of his wings yet, but a pair of girls is happy to assist him.
At least one of them seens happy to help, the other looks a bit annoyed.
Not that she'll be coming back next year.
Being a 12 year old she's just on the verge of letting her sense of childish wonder behind....
More like 'boy' and girls but it doesn't sound as cool for a title haha
