Recently over the course of the past 2 months my family had to put down our last 2 familial pets that were the last ones of my "previous life", the time before my father passed away in 2018. Jack was an orange and tan longhair, he was diagnosed with cancer (I still don't know what type) in early September, his condition was stable for about a week and was acting normal and fine, however about a week later on the 16th his condition suddenly worsened and it was decided to simply not have him suffer. He was with us for 16 years.

Nala, my Brother's emotional support pet was a short-haired tabby. I'm still unsure what was wrong with her but I had got the news on October 8th that she was suddenly and horribly declined at that she was extremely lethargic and not eating and she was put down. It was her passing that spurred me to get this commission done of the two of them for my brother to have as a birthday present which just recently passed on the 21st.
