To give you a more detailed answer to your question: Yes and no. Remember the first party the Adventurer Momon has joined! Momon showed His face to them and laid their curiosity to rest, since it was a human face and a rather ordinary one. I mean Ainz know a lot of spells, but illusion is not his style. I am sure it was just a real humanoid face, which Momon magically borrowed (resurrection/posession/whatever), since it could be happening, that His face gets touched, which He would allow if requested...(I am also aware that behind the armor, Momon usually is Ainz in His Bone Daddy body.)

Long story and theory short: I am sure Momonga can easily grew Himself a fully working humanoid body (Momon's for example) which He can proxy use as an avatar. Not sure how the DNA/seed stuff would work, IF it would work, but I'd like to think, that Ainz have a Human Avatar spell in His sleeve, whenever He has to become Momon, and thus can get busy with the ladies...and whoever he wants.

Being attracted to albino lizard wifeu is no surprise. She's a looker. If Ainz want to "bone Her" I am sure He could do it any way He wants!
