Eh... well, I tried to do something out of my imagination today. I couldn't draw my fursona at all. (tried, couldn't even pose the feet XD ) so I tried doing something else. I loved drawing racetracks when I was little. It was pretty much the only thing I doodled. They'd have jumps, multiple paths, loops, corkscrews, they'd loop around and around, branch around each other, just all sorts of insane stuff you'd see in maybe F-Zero, or some other unrealistic racing game.

I love those tracks. So this sort of thing came to mind. However, now that I know how to do... uh...

*blink*

sketching? plotting out stuff with basic lines? CONSTRUCTS. I can actually figure out what i want to have where, and if it'll look right. I was able to get the track supports and the track itself looking correct before even getting to details! I still had to edit the supports (screwed up on perspective, got lazy XD ) but all in all, I'm happy with this.

The shading isn't as cool as it looks though, it's because I don't have the scanner working. I played around with the colors in gimp to make it look as close to the actual drawing as possible, instead of this weird sepia tone shade like the camera took.

So, yes. I can draw race tracks. XD however, this is a furry website, so I better get to drawing furries. XD or anything organic for that matter.
