Boy this is just really great work! Id say if there was any crossover or referencing for Scooby Franchise this would be it and not the recent stuff, this just looks fun and good fan made idea.
And I can speculate the ideas here with this scene and ScoobyDoom idea for an episode or hour long plot.
ScoobyDoom and his Gang decided to head to a Pokemon Museum with fossils and they get word about a ghost or few terrorizing the Museum and scaring and stuff and the title could be "Phantom of Tyrantrum"
And as they decide to stay inside the Museum during day and the night to solve the case. And perhaps ScoobyDoom decides to go a look for food as he got scared about word about ghost fossils but just his luck runs into the Tyrantrum they mention to the Gang. And I can imagine ScoobyDoom scared reaction and runs as the Ghost Tyrantrum chases him he was going to look for food but not wanting to become food and the Gang wondering where ScoobyDoom is, and they call his name and where he's at. And then Comes Running "RYRANTRUM! ROVER HEEEEEEEREE!!!" And as Scooby Doom almost gets his Tail chomped picks up his speed towards the Gang catching up as they were running when they saw the Ghost too and manage to slip away to hide. And the Fossil Ghost vanishes with the glowing smoke as they continue.
