at the bottom of your picture you posted near the "newer>>" sign there is a link that says "change submission file" if you click it it will show you a page that says "choose file". click that, choose your file then click submit. it will submit it right over the top of the other. refresh it a few times. then go back a few times to make sure it took, sometimes it doesn't the first and you have to refresh it again. ^^ but then you dont lose comments or anything else but change the picture ^^
