Techno Sonic, a robot Dr. Eggman built and gave to Sgt. Gunner for reasons unknown. It can withdraw its hands and replace them with various different weapons, such as the laser cannon he's pointing at us. *screams* Don't shoot us!
Its "spines" are bent backward to lower wind resistance while running/flying.

He's really nothing more than a boss for the fangame. A rather irritating boss, especially in super form. Speaking of which, I'll draw Super Techno Sonic when I get the chance.
