It is no secret that Rupert M. Hough is a devoted University of Arkansas football fan. He follows the Razorbacks through thick and thin, cheering for his beloved hogs every Saturday. He can be quite boisterous about it.
Of all the "furry" characters I have, Rupert is probably my favorite to draw. He just lends himself so well to exaggerated facial expressions.
