Well, if he did that, maybe he could just play it off as smashing it as a Halloween prank? We don't know how many pumpkins he broke during the harvest, though...
Actually, probably none. Despite being clumsy and dopey he's not as accident-prone as one might expect.
He might cut himself trying to carve the pumpkin, though. Better keep the work gloves on if he tries that.

Yep! This way he doesn't have to worry about taking breaks while pulling the wagon for the hay rides, and trick-or-treating won't be interrupted by pit stops either!
I actually designed this guy to be a magnet for all my "cartoon animal in diaper" stuff and spare Skunk Boy and the others this sort of embarrassment, but kinda sorta never actually stopped drawing them dressing this way...
