A realism picture I did on-and-off for the past week of Johnny Depp, using this picture as a reference Would have finished it sooner but I've been feeling kind of sick.
Looks slightly better in person, as the scanner lightened it a lot and so I edited the lighting or whatever. There're really more shades to it, but like I said the scanner changed that *huffs* But, yeah, pleased with this, especially considering it's been like a year since I've done realism, or used my graphite pencils for that matter.

I did a junk load of realism for my art portfolio last school year (you can find them in my dA account if you're curious) and that kind of drained me of both realism and traditional media. I am working on getting back into both, though, so I'm glad for your compliment! Very encouraging! <3
