... this... is minutely late, but who cares, we did it, we got it done in time.

Okay, so, remember five months ago when I posted my longest commission ever and I said I wasn't planning on topping that kind of story length any time soon? YEAH PLANS CHANGED. OOPS.

133 pages. 55,305 words. Yikes.

This is a... story that Max and I had planned for a few years now. We wanted to write this a long time ago but we only finally decided to do it. It took us the whole month, but we pulled it off.

We wanted to write a story that brings all of our current characters together. The publicly revealed ones, anyways. We wanted our universe to feel like a proper, lived-in world. So we tried our best to tell a whole story where everyone from the first 8 ALI chapters could come together. It was a blast, and I hope we pulled it off. We love our characters, we love our world, and we love all the stories that we tell. So if you sat through this whole thing, thank you.

This was never meant to be a fetish story, despite the tickle content present in it. The focus of this story is the characters. They're more than just cute furballs to tickle, they're genuine people that Max and I want to breathe life into and show off to everyone, and we hope we've succeeded in bringing you, dear reader, into our world for even just a little bit. No better way to do that than to just... make the world feel alive.

We also wanted to do that by introducing someone new, so Max suggested plucking one of his little ones out of the woodwork. Enter Ruby, the strange, oddball riolu girl with a knack for getting herself mixed up in all kinds of stuff. She's likely to show up again in the future, so consider this a very early introduction for her. <3

Now, this big story isn't just about our main cast, it also features plenty of cameos from characters of ours who have yet to debut proper, but it also has a lot of guest appearances from friends! Let's run by them, shall we?

's Drew gave out candy to trick-or-treaters, before joining 's Canas at the fair to serve cotton candy.

's Abby gave Gully's "costume" a compliment, before rejoining her older brother PK to resume trick-or-treating.

's Hake and Shiro helped out 's Duncan and Tik with running a game at the fair, before it was promptly Aura Blasted into oblivion by Ruby,
but they then gave Harris and Ruby two plushies that resemble 's Bear and Lezz.

's X'hutoa was mentioned to be giving out candy, before he fell victim to Selina's plushie craze... and her feet-ography, down at the fair.

and 's Russell taught Gully how to play a carnival game... many times over... and gifted him with a plush of 's Dan.

We tried to shove as many cameos in as we could think of, and we hope we did well... this was also our way of saying thanks to our friends for supporting us. We love you guys so much, and we'll cherish you always.

We'll always cherish you, the readers, as well! You guys have stuck with us for so long, we wouldn't be here without each and every one of you. Thank you for giving our stories, our characters, our world, a chance, and we hope to keep growing it and welcoming more people to our corner as time goes on. Everyone is welcome, and our cast of fuzzballs will welcome you with open arms. <3

Well, I think that's all from me... Max and I are very tired, but we still have work to do. We have some big stuff coming up next year, so stay tuned for a proper announcement sometime in December, in preparation... but until then...
