so i was lisening to my "MP3 Player" and glom! i was swalloed up by a huge nearly endless pardoy. i wasent its frist victim..im sure i wont be the last lol~I can belive i just now thought of this.

Perhaps they are not of this world... so therefore, the light of the sun doesn't touch them. That would explain why they're jet black like that (the sun can't illuminate even the highlights) and why they don't have shadows (the sun's light just goes right through 'em.) And that goes for artificial light sources too.
Shamans of Central Asia believe in the mirror soul of man, found by looking into water, and the shadow soul which is rendered by the sun.
