I'm not particularly familiar with the character (I've never seen Blinky Bill), but I love Canids and Dingos are definitely in that tribe. Add a little RockBaker charm and viola!
I did a Google Images dive before commenting. There seem to be three or four generations of her appearance (probably due to new seasons), but yeah, pretty much an accurate presentation.
