She is adorably cute <3. I love what you're doing for her design, even keeping the scarf. I think really her scarf is a good attire for the moment X3. it's hard to figure out what would work for her, since she has the spots.

On examination, you may wanna try something like a two piece with some little fuzzy balls hanging from a string at her side. Kind of a holiday/xmas look. though try adding some more winter wear ideas with her scarf and see what works out.
