This crosses three wonderful cartoons. First, Frankie Foster from Foster's Home, her shirt logo of the Powerpuff Girls, and Ponies.
Watching the Foster's Christmas special, I was thinking "She's be a cute pony" I do wish I gave her that green coat she nearly always wears.
Fun fact: People seem to be on the fence on her eye colour. Green is listed on her License, but a lot give her with blue.
