Dovas Kine, Grandfather to Madame Maylee and a figure that is well known throughout both the Siamayian Republic and the Mystic Community, mainly due to his involvement that changed the way the many societies of Terrick functioned within the world forever through his actions.

When he was born, Dovas lived within the Siamayian kingdom that was occupied by the Bombayan Curla Empire, he and his family lived fairly modest lives in order to make ends meat, it wasn't the best but it was comfortable. Due to him being born a mystic, and the newly established Mystic Community were accepting mystics that were rejected by the current ruling parties, his parents chose to send him off to one of the mega cities within the community so that he could have a better life outside of the oppression that the Bombayans and Curlans would put him through.

In the Mega City of Tinyao, Dovas learned of his magical abilities and how he was born with the use of Death Magic, which resulted in him becoming a Death Mage within the Mystic Community to which he would be enlisted within the Royal Guard to which his duty was to protect the Grand Mystic Council.

Years would pass and as the Mystic Community grew, the Bombayan Curla Empire began to feel that their rule was being threatened, especially with the rise of another empire, the Calicalino Empire to which they soon declared war upon the Mystic Community in order to gain the might of their mystics to fight against the Calicalinos, needless to say, this turned out to be a poorly thought out idea as the Mystic Community was able to overrun the Bombayans and Curlans.

If things weren't bad enough for the empire, the sight of Dovas Kine fighting against the empire empowered the Siamayans to rise up against their oppressors, viewing the Death Mage as an icon of revolution against the Bombayans and Curlans which would soon give birth to the Siamayan Republic, with Dovas Kine being viewed as their symbol of a brighter future and their great leader, whether he wanted the position or not.

Several more years would pass after the fall of the Bombayan Curlan Empire as a new Empire would rise, the Burgstien Empire, led by Caiser Alberto Burgstien, leader of the Sarvien who launched a bloody campaign of conquest across all of Terrick in order to establish control over the world with the Sarvien becoming the dominant race.

During this, Dovas settled down and married as he would become a loving husband, and a caring father to two children. Though unfortunately, this would all change after his wife would be killed during an unprovoked attack by the Sarvien, which resulted in the countless deaths of many mystics.

Despite this upset and many Mystics calling for war, the Grand Elder wished to ally the Mystic Community with the Burgstien Empire to the dismay of the many Mystics that rejected the idea. It was at this point that Dovas had enough and killed the Grand Elder which led Dovas to finding himself back in the thralls of war yet again, as a leader yet again.

After a brutal fight against the Sarvien, Dovas challenged Alberto to a duel between the two, after learning that Alberto was a Solar Mage, Dovas used the clouds covering the sun as an advantage to kill the Caiser, which not only led to the downfall of the Burgstien Empire, but an end to the Great War as a whole.

Though Dovas Kine would have been executed for the murder of the Grand Elder, the fact of him ending a long and brutal war and the support of the Mystic Community as a whole, Dovas Kine was instead rewarded with the title of Councilmen and became the first Death Mage to become a member of the Grand Mystic Council.
