I love this so, so much. I am so glad you posted two versions of this piece because it shows how drastically a change in lighting completely transforms a painting. This one looks warm and bright, with the butterflies and crystals adding to a magical feel. The browns on the rock and the green tint of the water tip it back towards earth tones. The push and pull between hot and cold makes it very stunning. <3
I'm in loved with the detail, this was based off of my home cave picture the past it was based off of was looking outwards, silatria did a fantastic job of figuring out how it would look with a side inward view. The night time picture was much Idea and all the props as they where featured in my home cave picture and the glowing butterfly where from valentines picture i have gottenwith narkhas. I wanted to add them in here for a very dramatic effect for emotion. The day picture was silatria idea and I l9ved them both do much I had to get them, the day and night cycle really make a huge difference on on lightning and depth of color. And I love it so much.
